Equipment warranty – covers only equipment or part. Labor charges will apply unless it is parts and labor warranty. Normally a contractor will give at least one year labor
warranty plus an equipment warranty which is usually from the manufacturer.

OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer- OEM refers to the company that originally manufactured the product.
