SPRING IS COMING AND IT WILL BE TIME TO HAVE YOUR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM CHECKED
AND SERVICED FOR THE YEAR FOR TOP EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE. ALSO, WE WANT TO
INSURE IT WILL MAKE IT THROUGH THE SUMMER. WE DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MAKE THIS
HAPPEN WITH OUR THOUROUGH SERVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS!

WE HAVE THE MOST THOUROUGH CHECK IN TOWN WITH MINIMUM OF 30 POINT CHECK AND IN
WRITTING. This is not a "$29.00 special you see with other companies. It takes time to go through your system and
check and service it and that is what we charge for. We are not losing money walking in your door and do not have to
sell you something to cover our costs. Our costs are covered to get to your house and service your system properly. You
are getting top quality service and we don't rush. We do it right!

OUR EXCLUSIVE CHECKLIST MEANS NOTHING WILL BE OVERLOOKED.

Regular cost for our check & service special is $89.00. We have specials in the spring and our
Annual Agreement, which includes two check-ups, is a great value with additional benefits.Our
Annual Agreement is $124.00. Each additional unit you have is $95.00 more each. Annual
