Vetter Air Service Call Page

A Service Call is needed when a problem developes with your cooling or heating system between regular
maintenance.

The service call cost includes the time it takes to come to your home and diagnose your system by a Vetter Air
NATE certified technician.Once the main problem is found the technician will look up the flat rate price for that
task and you will know the cost before the work is started!

Sometimes more than one task is needed to restore your system to factory specs. One task may need to be
performed before the unit will run in order to complete the diagnosis. You will be kept informed and nothing will
be done without your approval.

A service call is not the same as a spring or fall check and service. On the spring or fall service it is for
maintenance including inspection and some service with the intention of preventing problems or breakdowns. It
is always better to prevent a problem on your own time than to have an unexpected breakdown. A service call is
if a problem developes between your regular "preventative maintenance spring or fall checks and services".

Throughout the year the service call price varies. Regular price is $79.00. We occasionally have specials during
the slower periods between seasons. Beware of low service call prices by companies large and small. Their
costs are usually made up in their repair pricing and sometimes many times more the larger they are. See
